PINT - selected as the Web Services Provider for the 2010 United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP16)

PINT is proud to announce it has been selected to provide Web services for the 2010 United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP16) taking place in Cancun, Mexico from November 29th through December 10th 2010. The PINT Web Platform was selected by the Federal Government of Mexico, who is hosting the conference through the Mexican Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to implement the site (www.cc2010.mx) due to PINT’s long-term commitment to environmental sustainability and its team of experts focused on Performance, Security and Best practices of the Web.

“The COP16 project has been an interesting project for the PINT team in terms of both in its international reach as well as its security and traffic requirements”, said PINT CEO Thomas Powell. “PINT has long worked on international sites for multinational corporations as well as high traffic sites for the San Diego Chargers, but COP16 presented unique challenges that PINT met with great success,” he further added.
