PINT was engaged for their usability expertise, to take the current Woodside Priory site and provide clear navigation and better organization throughout the site. The redesigned site anticipates the needs of the users and provides information in an easy to find format. Prospective families can find the information and forms they need to apply for admission, while current students and faculty can access the information that they need quickly and easily.

The new visuals provide an accurate, attractive picture of the school for prospective students and their families. Creative use of photos, slide shows and photo galleries as well as rich content emphasize Woodside Priory's core attributes of delivering a highly academic and values-based education. An interactive map feature was designed to give a visual sense and overview of the locations on the WPS campus. A content management system was developed for the recent news, enabling WPS staff to add their own news items and keep the site up to date.

The site will include a phase two introducing more dynamic features, development of an online parent newsletter, and more online fundraising and donations support.

Founded in 1957 by seven Benedictine monks fleeing communist repression in Hungary, Woodside Priory is located in wooded hillsides of rural Portola Valley, California. The 60-acre campus provides a lush, natural backdrop for Woodside Priory's active campus life.
