PINT Successfully Deploys New GoVideo Web Site

Posted:

GoVideo, a consumer electronics pioneer with 20 years of industry experience and a commitment to great user experiences, recently overhauled one of its product web sites www.rave-mp.com. The new site clearly articulates the brands unique positioning in the MP3 marketplace and provides detailed information about its offerings.

PINT developed the public site for RaveMP and will continue to be an integral player in GoVideo's re-entry into the MP3 player market, by providing ongoing development and consulting services. The new web site is designed especially to appeal to the untapped 18-30 year old market for the widely acclaimed Rave-MP brand. Consistent branding is found across product packaging to online promotions.

Custom e-commerce capabilities and customer support features will provide users with a superior online experience. In the near future, animated product demonstrations will be integrated to allow users to preview features and functionality on the web. The site will also feature integrated LivePerson customer support and a product comparison tool to help users quickly decide between model features.

"Over the past few years, customers have chosen to purchase MP3 products that are easy-to-use and come loaded with the latest features. However, these products typically target an older age group and fall short on providing a quality user experience," said Kevin Brangan, vice president of product marketing, digital audio for GoVideo. "The key to creating an MP3 player for the mass market is to offer a great product at a great price without compromising on style, user experience or features. The new Rave-MP players we are introducing are 'no compromise' players."
