San Diego, Calif., January 15, 2004 - PINT has released another Web site for an upscale downtown condominium complex. The Diamond Terrace site profiles these luxury condominiums and street-level retail complex (www.diamondterracecondos.com) in downtown San Diego. This site, which is the second in a series for the builder, follows the successful launch of Fifth Avenue Condos [www.fifthavenuecondos.com (link no longer active)].

The site serves the dual purpose of quickly providing buyers with property information and collecting sales leads for the Diamond Terrace team. The site features a useful tool that allows potential buyers to visually browse tower floors, floor plans and unit specifications with the roll of a mouse (>www.diamondterracecondos.com/findahome/floorplans.cfm). The color-coded floor plans show buyers which units are available, reserved or sold. Interested buyers can fill out an online survey to for follow up by the sales team.
