The W3C is an international consortium with over 500 Members and a full-time staff of more than 60 people. The W3C develops interoperable technologies (specifications, guidelines, software, and tools) to lead the Web to its full potential. W3C is a forum for information, commerce, communication, and collective understanding about such technologies as HTML, XML, CSS, and others.
PINT has promoted and practiced the development of standards-based Web sites for years, not only by writing best-selling industry books and teaching classes on Web site standards, but also by building more than 300 corporate Web sites to date. PINT founder, Thomas Powell, has continually stressed the importance Web standards.
